“I am connecting my apple TV 4K to Sony XBR49X800D thru this soundbar. Whenever I turn on Apple TV, always Sony TV trying to change the audio to TV Speaker then changing back to external speaker. Sometimes this switch happening continuously. Pls Suggest.”

Make sure you set up the inputs correctly. I had the same problem until I set up the tv to recognize each input signal.
