Had the exact same issue.. Had been working fine for the past two years then out of the blue started acting up.. Had recently had a lightning storm before the problem started happening so it was probably a voltage spike.. Do a factory reset and make sure the firmware is up to date.. The procedure for checking and updating the firmware is on the website.. Also make sure the Bluetooth subwoofer has a secure connection (amber light on the front of the sub).. If it’s showing a green light when the system is on means it’s connected but not a secure connection.. I did all that and mine is working great again...

With the unit powered on, press and hold the Power and Volume (-) buttons down for 10 seconds. The soundbar will reset. The soundbar should not reset itself to volume "60" after that.
