“Why wont the blue tooth connect from the sound bar to the subwoofer This is a question that no one asked. It did work at first then it stopped working. I am going to ask for a total refund as I have direct TV hooked up and I have tried everything to get this to work. If I can ask how do you get the blue tooth from the sound bar to connect to the subwoofer.”

You may have a defective unit, Try pairing near eachother, (less than 2 feet) and see if it works then. If not I believe there is a button on the sub that you can press to pair it.
