• If you stand by the sound bar and have the remote, you can scroll through the menu by reading the digital display. If I remember right, it will say SW and then volume associated with it. But I haven't played with it enough to see if it sticks or if the volume has to be adjusted every time it is used.

• Hello Maggie! We recommend either trying to increase the volume by using the Volume buttons on the remote labeled SW or try changing the level of the BASS by pressing the MENU button and then selecting TONE by pressing the down arrow, it can be set up to +6.0. ~Jeannette

• There is a volume button on the remote for the subwoofer sound.

• If you have the same remote as I do (that came with the sound bar) there are a + and - on the left side with the letters "SW" above them. That is how the subwoofer is adjusted.
