Hi NewFullFrameuser, Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. The lens is compatible and you do not need an adapter to use it on the A7M3 camera. Please note : The angle of view will be narrower down to that of APS-C size.Fast Hybrid AF is available with the lens system software Ver.02 or later.
