Hi Dotti, Yes. The Sony VCT-HM1 handlebar mount is compatible with Sony FDRX3000 action cam. This mount is designed for use on a bicycle. You can mount the camcorder with the waterproof case. You can record continuously up to approximately 50 minutes (image quality: 4K 30p).
