Thank you for contacting Sony. Yes, both remotes will work for regular buttons like power and volume, but the TV can only pair to one remote at a time for Bluetooth features like the voice microphone. If you pair the voice control on the new one, the voice button on the old one will stop working, but all the standard buttons on both will still work just fine!
