• According to Gamespot, yes, they can, which makes sense, since they are PS gift cards, not tied to any particular console flavor. The gift cards fill your PS wallet and can be used to purchase anything which the Playstation store has for sale.

• Yes it can be used for PS5. Its for playstation account so works with ps4 and ps5
