“Hi Recently bought this TV on December 7, 2023. The issue we are having is the TV keeps shutting off. We have connected Sony support many time since owning it and so far it is not fixed, We are frustrated because this is very annoying”

In the meantime, please try changing these settings and see if the issue still occurs. 1. The screen may have been turned off due to [Sleep timer] settings. 2. Check the [Duration] setting of [Timer]. 3. If the time set in [Turn off TV after] elapses, the power turns off automatically. To check the settings, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control and select the following in order. [Settings] — [System] — [Power & Energy] — [Energy saver] — [Turn off TV after] May we contact you to help?
