Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It took 3 calls to Sony's tech support to get the TV to work with my cable box and cable remote (Xfinity). The auto-setup doesn't work and created several problems we had to undo. I still have to press he TV button twice every time I turn the TV on to get to cable. It won't remember the setting. TV has great picture but is not very user-friendly.
