• Hi! Netflix is already pre-installed on the TV. You'll need to download the Disney+ app on Google Play Store. ~Ralph

• No. Just download the Disney+ app from the Google Play Store and sign in with your user email and password. The Netflix is preinstalled, again sign in with your user email and password. Netflix may need to be updated first, though.
