This unit only supports CarPlay as far as I know. There is no place to select Android Auto. However if you are just using it to play music from your phone, you can do that using the Bluetooth function. You don’t need a new radio to use Bluetooth, you just need a $20 Bluetooth adapter for your current stereo’s line in. Then you connect your phone to the Bluetooth adapter and play the music through your car radio.
