A separate backup camera has to be installed but you can do it. GPS is handled via your phone once connected. Sirius XM is installed you have to have a subscription and the unit is Bluetooth enabled. Apple CarPlay works when your iPhone is connected to the USB port

It does have the option for GPS, using your iPhone but you have to use a cable to connect your phone. Also, while the stereo does have Sirius XM satellite capabilities you have to pay extra to get the tuner for it to work.

The Sirius XM tuner is sold separately as well, it is used through this device. I have no idea about the GPS, I use Echo Auto with Google maps for navigation, this works well.
