• A:Answer Free installation is listed with each unit for which it applies. Free means install the purchased unit, not peripherals or speakers. Those are an upcharge. But if it si just the radio you want installed it is free (if it fits). Extra wiring and harnesses/frames are extra. Labor is free as long as it pertains to the purchased unit. If you have need of new speakers, that is an upcharge for the speakers purchase and a charge for installation. About $65 in my experience.

• A:Answer It's not false advertisement. I would like to point out that you do have to purchase the extra's besides the unit. Things like harness and dash kit, also if you have steering wheel controls from the factory and want them to work make sure you get those additional pieces.
