How long will it take to get my digital redeem code? null

It has been 48 hours and i still have not recieved my code and i have already been charged. I was told something different by the 6 people i talked to. I was guaranteed it would be here in 2 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours. I was told my bank put a hold on the funds which was not true, i was also told that there was a hold put on the order and to call, and they can fix it.. all they did was tell me to wait. I have spent the last two days trying to figure this out. And ive only been told things that werent true. I will not be using this service ever again.

this system is actual garbage, I ordered my digital code 13 hours ago and it said it would take a max of 4 hours for them to send an email with the code itself and I have yet to recieve ANY emails from them and it still just says "Order Recieved - We'll email you when it's ready".

I’m currently waiting for my digital code. It’s been over 8 hours. No email. I don’t understand why this is not instant after purchase.

Its been two days and it still says order pending you don't get the code immediately after purchase - what is wrong?

I ordered one and it took about 30 minutes or less to receive it. 2 days ago I ordered another one and 2 hours passed and I was concerned. I contacted Best Buy support and they told me it can take up to 24-48 hours. I decided to cancel the order. What’s the point of ordering digital when it’s meant to save time when I can just drive to BestBuy and back in less than an hour and have to code ready in hand?

I pre ordered a game yesterday August 14 to be able to play August 15. When you pre ordered this game(madden) it is a three day access play before the game comes out on the 18th of August. I have yet to get my codes. I called Best Buy support, the guy said I would receive my codes after we got off the phone? I still have yet to receive my codes!! I don’t recommend going through Best Buy to buy games or anything that you have to receive a code. This is the second time that I have experienced this dealing with Best Buy.

Been waiting about almost 23 hours now. Can’t even talk to someone till 9 am. Hopefully they give me my money back.

Yeah uh I'm super late on this but I'm posting here because they insta removed my comment from Reddit. I've ordered multiple dozen digital codes over the years from just about every retailer (including best buy) and it's never taken more than 10 minutes. For some reason they're just deciding to play with the little free time that I have and not send me the sh1t I paid for now. It's been 13 hours, nothing. Also, Best Buy's account recovery literally doesn't work, so don't forget your password. Oh and you can't cancel your Best Buy plus subscription, it'll just give you an error message so they can continue to try and charge you $50 for multiple weeks for something you don't want. Their employees act like customers are an inconvenience and are pretty much worthless if you need assistance with anything. I used to worry about Best Buy, now I can't wait for this dogsh1t company to go out of business. Temu and Alibaba would get my money before they do.
