Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.By burn in, I assume you left your TV on a particular image for an extended period of time and it was burnt into the screen. I have a Sony A8 OLED. Have only had it a few weeks. So far, no images have burned into the screen. Not sure how it matches up with the LG C9. Best Buy will tell you to run an image sweep/refresh to clean up this problem. It is accessible through your SETTING menu. Sony automatically does it periodically based on how long you have had the TV. I had an earlier version Sony A1E and Sony would take over the TV for an hour and sweep it. My not be the right term. If you have a warranty, try to use it if the image remains. I had vertical bars permanently on my screen of my A1E and Best Buy replaced the TV with the new A8. Great TV, great picture.
