“After I installed my new Sony OLED it did recognize my Wi-Fi and I enjoyed it seeing Netflix and else. But, after two days the connection with my Wi-Fi lost. Even when I try to reset the Wi-Fi keep turn OFF. All other devices I have work are connected.”

Contact your internet provider and they should be able to help you get the right settings if that doesn't help you have a bad television
