• There's no built in OTA tuner, so you'll have to buy an external antenna tuner and connect to the XBR via its coaxial cable. From what i know about PLEX apps, you create the media server on your media device (like a laptop). from the laptop, you will then connect to the Sony XBR via an HDMI cable. hope this helps.
