• Hi Charles, thank you for your question. There are two positions for the TV stand attached to the TV itself. The Standard position height is 33 3/8 inches. The Soundbar position height is 35 3/4 inches. There will be a free space good enough to fit a cable box that measures 2.3 inches in height beneath the TV. Hope this helps. ~Earl
