• It will connect on line to your Roku account. You can also download many of the apps with out the Roku.

• Hi jmarkb, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, The Roku is not built-in to our X90J You can hook up your Roku device to this TV using the HDMI connection. Hope this helps. ~Earl
