“My vehicle is 2018 RAV4 which has genuine backup camera and dynamic guideline (sway when the steering wheel turns). I know this unit supports backup camera, but does it also support dynamic guideline? Thank you.”

I'm no expert but if this unit hooks up to the camera already supplied with your vehicle I think it would convey and show the same dynamic guideline view. To be sure call and ask Sony customer service.
