• Shutter speed 1/4000th, use continuos auto focus and use continuous shooting: Hi. Multiple shots will give you more chances of getting a good one.

• Sport setting with a medium speed of shutter. will take about 5-6 pics per second. You can choose then the best one out of the bunch. Make sure you are set for auto focus at the menu section. (full automatic set up) And make sure you have enough lights.

• I suspect you need to use the burst mode to take multiple shots while you hold the button down; I'm sorry that I forget if this has a specific name.
