• You do not even notice it only when you want to see the time, it does not bother you at all...

• Two levels of backlight are available. Sufficient light for night time use. Not too bright.

• I was worried about this too, but the glass in front makes it very soft on the eyes. Not sure if it's programmed in there or not, but I was worried about that too.
