Hi JB, Thanks for the question. Upon reviewing the information on BestBuy and in comparison with the information on Sony's Website we can understand where the confusion may be, and we appreciate you pointing it out! The BRAVIA Theater Bar 8 does have 11 speakers, divided in 3 areas: Side area: 2 Full Range speakers. Center area: 1 Tweeter, 2 Woofers. Front area: 2 Tweeters, 2 Woofers, 2 Upfiring Speakers.
