The Bar 8 comes with wall mount brackets which allows you to mount the Bar 8 at any height or distance below your tv on the wall. Mine looks great.

Sony offers a dedicated soundbar wall-mount bracket called the SU-WB1. This bracket is designed to work with the Bravia Theater Bar 8 (and Bar 9) and allows you to mount the soundbar directly to compatible Sony TV wall mounts (like the SU-WL905, which is sold separately). This system is designed to allow the TV and soundbar to swivel together, and helps keep cables neat.
