Q: Questionhello! i just received this camera and i love it however mine only will turn on when its charging or plugged into my laptop. i dont think this is correct so please help:( i cant seem to find anything on the internet to help me. thank you !

Q: QuestionWe don't have internet at home. Can we connect camera directly to printer to print pics?

• A:Answer Hi, Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. You cannot connect camara directly to the printer however there are 2 methods available below. (Printing directly using a printer which supports your memory card type.) Take out the memory card from the camera and input into the printer if your printer has a slot for it. For more details, see the operating instructions supplied with the printer. (Printing using a computer) You can import images to a computer using the PlayMemories Home software and print the images.
