• Look for CUH-ZCT2U. Visually, you can tell because the back side of the controller will match or closely resemble the front of the controller. i.e. Old controller --> Red front, black in the back. New Controller --> red in the front, slightly lighter shade of red in the back.

• Yes, they are custom made for PS4. They also work with PS4 PRO. I bought one on Black Friday. Works great. It's definitely my new favorite PS4 controller.
