• It uses SD cards for memory and I have 2 SD 128GB installed for a total of 256GB.

• It only records to removable SD cards which there are two slots.

• No, ax700 doesn not have an internal hd. You can use SDXC cards to record hd or 4K video. ax700 accepts two SDXC cards up to 128gb each.
