“Im using Youtube TV and when i first power on my Sony TV and Soundbar sound is rich and full as it should be. When i change to another channel the sound gets very low and not rich and full at all. I have to power off and back on to get the full sound.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own the same HT-A5000 Sony soundbar. You may have to adjust a setting that changes the volume etc. based on the source input. I adjusted that on first setup.
