Well it would be illegal for best buy to put the Sony logo on a controller that isn't by Sony. I can assure you the Sony branded PlayStation controller is from Sony. Best buy might have an exclusive deal with Sony to have the sunset orange color only at best buy. It happens with a variety of things ( exclusives I mean)
