A:AnswerContact Sony dont listen to anyone that says you cant. There is no way Sony or any company would ever make them dedicated like someone tried to say, I was told the same thing about the Sony Golds and the 3D Pulse but there is a reset button on the dongle itself its a tiny pin hole. You click it wait a few seconds then plug it back in and turn the headphones again and if that doesnt auto find it maybe try holding the chat and volumn up button and turn them on while holding those.
Also didnt hear from me but buy a pair and just return them after you take the dongle if sony doesnt sell you a new one. and i am aware i will get blasted for this but if sony doesnt want to support their higher end devices thats on them.
