• Sony OTC hearing aids are only able to be purchased and set up as a pair. They were designed to be used as a pair for percieved mild to moderate hearing loss in both ears. Setup does require both hearing aids, afterwhich you can wear just one hearing aid if you have hearing loss in just one ear. However, if you have one-sided hearing loss, you may want to first follow up with a hearing care professional or medical doctor. Erin
