Put on some rubber dishwashing gloves for extra grip. Flip the silicon eartip outwards and away from the earbud, so you can grab where the silicon attaches to the shaft. Rotate and pull slightly out.

Removing the earbud tip • Hold the headset unit and twist the earbud tip while rotating it to pull it out. • Do not pinch the end of the earbud tip when removing it. • Do not use sharp objects such as metal objects, finger nails, adhesive tape, or foreign objects as they may damage the tips. 2.
