To charge the LinkBuds: The headset and the charging case contain built-in lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Use the supplied USB Type-C cable to charge the headset before use. Set the headset into the charging case. Connect the charging case to an AC outlet. Charging starts on the headset and charging case. The indicator (orange) on the charging case lights up. After charging is complete, the indicator (orange) on the charging case turns off. Remove the USB Type-C cable. Please check the Help Guide to know more details on how to charge the unit. The LinkBuds provide crystal clear calls with our Precise Voice Pickup technology. Sony’s V1 Processor provides a well-balanced and high-quality sound for an authentic listening experience. The LinkBuds feature an IPX4 splash-proof and sweat-proof design, Adaptive Volume Control adjusting the volume to the environment around you and a battery life is 5.5 hours and up to 17.5 hours with the charging case. The Ultra-small and light design gives you the ability to listen to music, take calls and game all while still connecting with the world around you. Hope this helps. Erin
