My adult sons say they are. These are white but when turned on they're colored. Hope this helps.

My VR bundle has the controllers displayed on the box but, careful reading of the fine print on the box shows they are not included. There may be a bundle out there with them included but I have not seen it. If there is though, they are the same. They turn different colors once you turn them on and start a game. Color is based on game.
