In the PS Store menu. There is an option to enter code.

You have to have an account set up online. I logged in on my phone and entered code. Easy! Good luck. Great price!

You Must be activate this code in the PS Store. In the left Column Search and almost the end looking for "Redeem Code" Option. There you enter the Code.

Open up the Playstation Store on your console, scroll down, and on the left hand side click on "Redeem Code". Enter it there.
