• There is a spot on the back of the card that you scratch and it will reveal code

• She was supposed to give them an email address with it when she bought them. The other ones that have a code are actually cheaper.

• Walmart puts the code on the receipt and some other stores

• The code should be on the back of the card, you have to scratch the bar code to see the code. If the code is not on the back, then you should take the card back to the store, to get a card that works.
