• no. It can only stream PS4 or Vita.. It can however stream games using the PSnow service that costs 20 bucks a month.. You can also place a vita memory card in it and play most vita games on it (not all games compatible. fighting games not)

• Haven't specifically tried it with Playstation Vue, but PSTV can stream everything from PS4 to another TV so it would most likely work.
