• I don't think it's possible. I'm a PS fanboy and looking that the case and actual earbuds in match the look of my dualsense edge and case perfectly. With that being said, the chill volume gets nice and loud but definitely lacks bass as well as additional tech new earbuds in this price range have. Love em, but definitely over priced just because they're PS brand.

• I purchased some foam ear peices to replace the rubber ones and it greatly improved the bass to the point that increasing the bass was no longer needed.

• You can only lower it. They are bass reducing headphones.
