“The red light on the charging station comes on as it should, then it turns green. Within about 15 minutes of use the headphones stop working and the green light goes out. I've only had these for 7 months. Do I need a new battery already?”

I went to Amazon and looked at reviews. I hadn't realized that I could use regular batteries. I've switch them out, and it's fine. I will purchase rechargables and ditch the Sony charging stand. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.While I've only had mine since Dec 30, 2017 and just got them working 2 days ago, I can't answer that question. I had to call Geek Squad, Sony help, and Sony Co as we were trying to hookup with a Sony tv. That didn't work, so we had to get RCA headphone cord and they work perfect now. Even though a Sony person from Best Buy said that cord would never work, he was wrong. That RCA cord is what made them work. There was a problem Sony new before Christmas that they had to fix if you were hooking Sony headphones with a Sony tv. Its the RCA cord with 2 ends. Your battery should be charging if you put the headphones on the base after each use. Good Luck
