“We are replacing a VERY old bluray player. I'm looking at this one but we have not moved up to a 4K TV yet, so just have a 1080p now, which is also fairly old. Will this work with our 1080p TV until we are ready to upgrade?”

Hi JimW, For sure! This Blu-ray player works well with non-4K television. Just make sure to use HDMI connection. Regards, David
