“I purchased this BluRay player to play Amazon Prime in my bedroom because my TV is not a smart tv. I can't find the Amazon App in the preloaded apps and I do not see anywhere to download it. Am I missing something? And if so how do I get amazon on?”

I suggest you talk to one of the geeks. I have a smart tv and had no problem. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The $75 model has Amazon Prime. If you don't see it on the first page, click the button (or plus sign) for more apps. There are several pages of apps. It may be called just "Prime". If you still don't see it, try updating the software. There is a menu selection for that. You have to be connected to the internet to do that. If you have a cheaper model, it may not have Prime or Netflix.
