I had this problem with a different streaming device. But in my case, switching to Chromecast solved it. I'd suggest making sure you are entering your WiFi password correctly, and if it doesn't work, calling your internet service provider. Since the cable and phone companies want to sell us their own programming, my theory is they sometimes may want to insert hurdles into our efforts to watch streaming video on our own. Good luck.
