• The documentation that comes with this is so bad that it's obvious you have to fend for yourself and resort to the internet. But when you do get it to connect, and you manage to figure out to access a streaming service, spoiler alert, the picture will be terrible.

• Yes... make sure you put in wifi/password info first. sometimes these things skip that step entirely. just be patient.. once your info is in, then you should have no problems
