“What download speed is required for streaming movies and TV shows? Sometimes I can get to Netflix, sometimes I get "The service is not available". I'm on my third unit and I can get to the Internet on my laptop. Can't diagnose the problem.”

The speed requirement will depend on the app that you want to use. Most apps require a minimum of 2.5mbps.
