• No, it can't download apps like Amazon music or iTunes. Sony has a proprietary download that you have to make to a tablet or laptop. Once the proprietary Sony media player is installed on the laptop you can download and import audio files to the media player and then connect the Sony Walkman to the laptop with the provided data transfer usb cable and then transfer the audio files you want to the Walkman.
