you can transfer your iTunes library into Windows media player by selecting the drive you have. you must In on Windows media player in top left of wimp and selecting organize. select music and then select the drive that you have your iTunes music library. saved to and then it will add your iTunes library to Windows media player and then you can sync it to this player

You can directly transfer music files from like windows media player to the mp3 but it would not transfer my playlists. Had to manually input songs from my playlists into a playlist I had to make on the Music Center program. Transferring files from that is very easy. I learned this from filtering through the question and answers regarding this product on Amazon Web Site and this one. I recommend that you do the same. Greatly assisted in making my decision to buy. The Music Center Program is about 94 meg to download.
