Does this play video? Mp4 null

Most of my music was ripped from CDs using media player before I ever got this player and is in MP3 format. The user manual indicates the player supports MP4. I did find out if you want cover art you need to use media go to move data to the player. Media go does also support ripping CDs into MP4 format. So although I haven't done it yet I believe the player supports MP4/
