“I received my headphones on Saturday and Bluetooth connectivity between ears has been spotty. I often lose audio in the right ear and there are times both ears go out and I hear a ding noise. Is there a way to fix this?”

I have the same problem...i just let them do there thing i guess its the Bluetooth connection
