“How do I know when the charging case is fully charged or when it has low battery?”

• When you plug in the base with ear buds in, on the back will be a red light. They are charged when that light goes off. You also have a small charge in the case in case you need it on the go.

• Hi Garcia, The indicator of the charging case turns off after charging is complete. If the remaining battery charge of the charging case is too low, you cannot charge the headset.
